I essentially have about 4 1/2 months left to live; as of now I am essentially scheduled to die about 4 1/2 months from now. My last real appeal was denied on May 25, 2010. I didn’t even find out until 23 days later because my court-appointed attorney didn’t tell me until then. Things are bad, very bad. I am essentially dying and we must reverse this process. We need help, this truly is an emergency situation. If you haven’t read the details of my incarceration, please visit my website (freerobwill.org) and you will see I have a strong case of innocence. Now truly is the time to get involved. We need proactive people to take the initiative to make things happen.
Also, I can only change my visitation list once every 6 months. If you want to come see me contact me now. (I’m mainly talking to people who are sporadically in contact with me.) If I get an execution date—which I may soon—I will be fighting for my Life, writing things for my son, preparing for battle. Letters take 2 weeks to get out sometimes and 2 weeks to be received sometimes.
When guys get execution dates everybody pops up wanting to come and visit and write them really, in an attempt to make themselves feel better for years of not being there for the person. If I get an execution date and people do this with me the only response they’ll receive will be, perhaps, a form letter that will include a little dissertation on the egocentric and self-absorbed nature of our society and suggestions on doing yoga, studying psychology, and dedicating some time to the service of humanity.
Things have been very, very, hard for me lately. I need all of the Love and Solidarity I can get.
